Tessa has extensive experience providing one on one and partner training services for women of all ages, fitness levels & stages of life. She particularly enjoys working Mums which includes post-natal and beyond. Being a Mum with two young children she really appreciates the challenges mums have & how hard it can be to schedule in regular exercise and eat healthily.
She started her fitness career 8 years ago and has helped dozens of women reach their health & fitness goals and re build their confidence after having kids.
Tessa loves what she does. She actively listens and genuinely cares about her clients. This has enabled her to help them to achieve the results they have wanted and also develop realistic strategies for the long term.
